Herbal + Flower Essence Consultation
Please visit http://www.sassafrashealingarts.com/herbalism.html to learn more about this offering.
I offer herbalism & flower essence consultations on a sliding scale fee. They involve the following elements:
intake + health history
& a custom herbal formula crafted just for you.
Herbal consultations last up to 1 - 1.5 hours.
Within 1 week of your consult I will contact you with herbal recommendations specific to your current needs. From there I will create you a uniquely crafted herbal care package available for pick-up or delivery.
Consultations are offered either in-person at the People's Movement Center or Svasti Yoga (wheelchair accessible option) - as well as via phone or Skype.
You may contact me directly to pay for your consultation via PayPal, Venmo, Cash, or Check, or you may purchase it here on in my online apothecary. I will email you an intake form and we will work together on scheduling.
My weekly hours at the People's Movement Center are Wednesdays from 3:45PM - 8:15PM.
Appointments outside of this time frame are possible on an as needed & available basis.
Initial Appointment: Up to 60 - 90 minutes: $75 - $150 sliding scale fee, plus the cost of herbs
Follow-up Appointments: Up to 30 - 60 minutes: $30 - $80 sliding scale fee, plus the cost of herbs
Are you Interested in receiving an herbal consultation ( or any of the other variety of healing arts offered ) from one of the practitioners at the People's Movement Center? Do you identify as a BIPOC and/or a queer & trans person? Are you unable to afford the lowest end of the sliding scale fee? If so - check out the People's Fund: http://www.peoplesmovementcenter.com/people-s-fund.html
"This fund is for people who can't afford the minimum or lowest sliding fee amount of any specific practitioner at the PMC (our fees vary). This fund will make up the difference between what you can pay (as low as 1$ or $5 or $25) and a set amount that will be fair payment for the practitioner. We ask that all recipients give something towards their session, no matter how small. The fund just covers the rest.
We determine fund pay-outs based on 1) our commitment to centering the lives and experiences of POCI (people of color and indigenous) people and queer/trans people and 2) paying attention to how the fund is shared out among practitioners."
And if you don't need to access this fund, consider donating to it so that others can have the opportunity!
